I use my own 8 page checklist, and from key deposit to trash pick up days, I leave nothing out. I give you "Room by room" results and "Overall" results. Don't wait until after the move to realize appliances don't work or damages exist that you might be held liable for if not noted.
I charge $25 per hour for this service and it includes all info collected and photos emailed. I do not charge travel fees if within a 60 mile radius. Outside of that radius is a flat fee of $.20 per mile. Please contact me for more details or arrangements.
